Halloween 10/31/2011
So fun!!!! Went to school dressed as the Queen of Hearts, and my friend, David, was dressed as the Mad Hatter. We didn't plan that at all!!! We got in the class room. Then we did some Halloween school work and read a Halloween story, "Zoom Broom".
Then, it was time to line up for the Costume Parade. The parents were clapping as we went by and some of them had cameras (even video cameras). My Mom, Papa, Nanna and Daddy called my name "Grace, Grace, Grace". It was so FUN. We marched around the whole playgound, even the field.
By the time I got home, my Dad was working in the yard. I got my costume on again. As my mom was putting on my make-up, I said "Good - bye Grace. Hello Queen of Hearts!!" During that time, we had two Trick-or-Treater.
Then it was time for me to go Trick-or- treating. We went to my friend's, Aria, house and all my neighbors. Then my Aunt Bella and Jonathan meet up with me and Mom and Dad. Now it was time to go to the "SCARY" street.
It was full trick-or- treater and their parents.
There were Haunted Houses up and down the street!! I wanted to go in them, but I was too scared. So I went and got candy from all the house. It was hard work and I got really tired.
Before we called it a night, We drove over to see Robbie and Ariel. Robbie was a Safari Man, a funny one!!! And Ariel was a Cowgirl. Across the hall was Noel and Brittany's Apartment. They weren't dressed up, but Max, their dog, was dressed as Prince Charming. He was so cute!!
I was tired and it was time we for me to go home. When I got home, I seperated my candy into what I liked and what I didn't like. Then I took an hour long bath.
As I went to sleep I thought, "How fun will school be tomorrow!!"
P.S. Miss Robinson, my teacher, was dressed as Minnie Mouse. She was sooooo cute!!
